Kondome für Frauen

An internal (or female) condom is a versatile, flexible pouch with a ring at each end, creating a secure barrier that prevents both pregnancy and STIs when placed inside the vagina or anus. Its main advantages are total control and spontaneity! You can insert it up to eight hours before things get hot, giving you the power to choose when and how protection happens. This means no last-minute fumbling and no need to pause the fun!

Absolutely! In perfect, consistent use, internal condoms are roughly 95% effective at preventing pregnancy compared to 98% for male condoms, but in typical, real-life use, those rates are virtually the same. Crucially, they offer equal protection against STIs by acting as a powerful barrier against fluid exchange. Choose the barrier that feels best for your body and your pleasure!

Insertion is easy and gets smoother with practice! Find a comfortable position. Close the inner ring (the closed end) with your fingers and push it as far into the vagina as it will comfortably go. The large, thin outer ring will remain outside, covering the labia and creating a clear entry for the penis. Once it's securely in place, let the fun begin!

Immediately after intercourse, and before you stand up, gently twist or squeeze the outer ring. This traps the fluid inside the pouch. Then, gently pull the entire condom out. Dispose of it in the trash (never flush it) and remember to use a brand new one every single time you have sex. That was easier than you expected, right?

Yes, female condoms can be used effectively for anal sex. While the insertion method is slightly different (the inner ring is usually removed for comfort), the internal condom functions as a secure barrier inside the anus to prevent fluid exchange. Always use extra lubricant for anal sex to ensure the barrier is completely secure and to maximize comfort and pleasure.
